What a Crock!

Trying out what will be a semi-regular installment chronicling what is currently in my crock pot!

Country Ribs!
Currently bubbling away is a couple of pounds of country style ribs purchased from Dittmer's, a family owned butcher shop near by.  Also in the pot, homegrown tomatoes, onion and sage.  Store-bought bbq sauce, a little Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Update: turned out great. I served it with a really yummy side of brussels sprouts roasted in bacon fat!
